- You are working harder but not seeing the impact.
- You feel like the only one who truly understands the business.
- Revenue is growing, but profit isn't keeping up.
- New initiatives start strong and then fade.
- The same issues keep coming back to the table.
EOS works best for growth-oriented companies of roughly 10 to 250 employees with a leadership team that is open, honest, and more uncomfortable with the status quo than with change.

An implementer who has sat in your chair.
I started my first business at 19, built it for 33 years, and sold it. Along the way I launched and exited more than a dozen others in transportation, retail, and hospitality. I know what it is like when everything runs through the owner, and I bring that practical perspective to every session.
- Candid, constructive guidance
- A genuine champion for your success
- A bridge between leadership and the front line
EOS implementation questions
How long does it take to implement EOS?
Most leadership teams learn and adopt the full set of EOS tools over about two years of quarterly and annual sessions, after which they run EOS on their own.
What is the EOS Process?
The EOS Process starts with a free 90 Minute Meeting, followed by a Focus Day and two Vision Building days in the first months, then quarterly sessions and an annual planning session with the implementer.
Who should be in the room?
The leadership team: typically the owner or managing partner and the three to eight people who lead the major functions of the business.
