I started my first business at 19 and spent the next 33 years building it into a company I eventually sold. Along the way, I launched and exited more than a dozen other businesses across transportation, retail, and hospitality.

After selling, I thought early retirement was next, but I realized I wasn't done. I took a role with a consulting firm, traveling and speaking to business leaders, and came across Traction® and the Entrepreneurial Operating System®. Reading that book gave me the same spark I felt at 19.

Becoming a Professional EOS Implementer has been the most rewarding work of my career. EOS isn't theory to me. It is a set of simple, proven tools that solve the problems I wrestled with for decades. Helping owners get unstuck, gain clarity, and run their companies instead of being run by them is what gets me out of bed.
