I don’t believe audiences need another presentation filled with theories that are difficult to apply after the event. My goal is to give people practical ideas, stories, and tools they can take back to their organizations and use immediately.

I speak about the challenges leaders face every day, including creating clarity around the company’s vision, building accountability, improving communication, solving problems at their root, making meetings more productive, and helping leadership teams execute consistently.

I know what it feels like to carry the responsibility of payroll, make difficult decisions, manage growth, develop leaders, deal with uncertainty, and ultimately prepare a business for an exit.
