I started my first business at nineteen, and I’ve lived every lesson along the way. All Transportation Network began as a one-car operation and grew into one of Ford Motor Company’s Top 50 fleets in North America. While running that business, I also opened dozens of other companies—some breakout successes, some spectacular failures. After 33 years, I sold All Transportation Network, tried retirement, and realized my journey wasn’t finished.

Those experiences taught me what it feels like to doubt yourself, to push through fear, and to keep moving forward when the path isn’t clear. I know the weight a business can put on your shoulders: the long nights, the pressure to get every decision right, and the feeling that the entire company rests on you alone. I also know the joy of watching a team come alive, the relief that comes with clarity, and the pride of building something that truly works.

As a Certified ProfitWorks Coach and Professional EOS Implementer, I help business owners move from overwhelm to focus, from chaos to traction, and from carrying everything to leading with confidence. Through EOS implementation, incentive plan design, and hands-on workshops, I help unlock alignment, engagement, and real progress.
